Today due to the emergence of social media industry as the fast way of communication process throughout the world world in and around by linking up all the news, Event and all the details regarding all the process are on air in a second of time.

The new of Jackie Chan’s accident and later death new was spread like a fire in the forest just in second through the medium of social media all over the world. This was the sensational news which boom up in the news channels too as  a exclusive news without even researching whether the news was true or fake. Though it was confusing to the news channels too, then to they kept on repeating the same for a while till the time a foreign channel made an exclusive report that all posted content related to Jackie Chan’s accident was a fake news.

The same thing happens through the mode of social media again when actor ‘Vinod Khanna’ have died was the sensational and quit confusing new which was spread but the social media and many of the crowd all over the world in and around.

Because of all these activities loosen the faith of public though some of them but still many of the followers have blind faith on social networks. All these invalid news which goes on air had created many problems not only for the views but also to them on which such news are published on.

The main element which exists in the social media and the users who are connected to it is the unwanted justification related to the life of any celebrity on which the public goes on publishing on their walls without even knowing whether the news which they are sharing on their post are relevant.

The consequences may or may not be the same but still a user who is connected either the social networking site should be active enough to look, to learn and to research an on any issues and activities which they are doing unknowingly.

MY OPINION ON JUNK FOOD.

THE “fact” that junk food is cheaper than real food has become a reflexive part of how we explain, particularly those with lower incomes. I frequently read confident statements like, “when a bag of chips is cheaper than a head of broccoli ...” or “it’s more affordable to feed a family of four at McDonald’s than to cook a healthy meal for them at home.”

Do you ever wonder what kids think about food? While kids are certainly swayed by commercials, taste and catchy ads, I think some kids are becoming more savvy about food and the foods they choose to eat.  Good news, yes? Here’s an opinion, written by an 11 year old, for a 5th grade class assignment, regarding the issue of “junk-food” and the commercials that surround them. Read on for an opinion from a future adult…

Junk-food commercials bother health experts because they encourage children to nag their parents. Children eat and buy too much junk-food. We need children to live a long, healthy life. To make that happen, children need to eat healthy. Most people don’t. They should eat wheat bread instead of white bread. People should put healthy food commercials on air, not junk-food! If you put junk-food commercials on air, most likely people will buy the junk-food and eat it almost every day.

People say commercials don’t make a difference; I think it makes a huge difference. Other people say people should not eat whatever they want. I agree but children will still eat whatever they want, even if their parents say not to.

A GREAT DAY.....

Basically I am a person who likes to read and keep interest in learning new things related to subject. As per the assignment given by our sir I have to attend any random lectures in the college and have to write a feature on it. The topic was interesting and I choose to attend the Literature lecture which happens in our collage.
It was morning 9 ‘o’ clock when I reached collage and after inquiring I came to know that by 10 in the morning there is a literature lecture going to be taken by Sarika mam .I rushed to the building and saw that many students were standing out side the classroom. I was nervous and was eagerly waiting for the mam to come. Suddenly one girl came and said that lecture will be held on the second floor so rush now. Every one rushed to attend the lecture and I to followed then at that time that gird inquired about me and I explained about my point of coming to attending the lecture.

I reached the classroom with that girl she was very friendly by nature all the students were settled at their places and I was looking for a place to sit and a girl offered me a seat. Mam same to the class all students greeted her. She looked at me and inquired about me and again I explained about my purpose of being there. She smiled and allowed me to attend the lecture. I was so happy and the class was so friendly though some of them were staring at me and was giving me a rough look but I adjusted my self to that environment.
The topic was related to the use of any literature in today's world the topic was very interesting I was eager to know more about that topic then one thing I remembered that I have came here not to attend the literature lecture but to spend time in observing the lass so that I can write my feature story on a class. Mam started explaining about the topic and students were wring the important dates and some points which they were feeling like as important.

By that time another mam came and asked that there is a notice regarding the exam dates for the students. By hearing this all students started talking on the same topic. Later mam said that will explain on this topic later now we have to discuses on the examination point of view. The discussion continued many of the students started questing mam about the paper patters and answer format. Mam said ask one by one not in a group and she started explaining on how to write the answers in the exam.

There were many questing to which the answer was same then to students were asking questions and mam was answering then this section last for more than half hour. Mam said now we will continue with our incomplete topic but still the mind of the students were stuck in that exam related point only. Mam came to know about this and she said that she will be helping them so don’t worry.

 The more of the students were focusing in the matter of the syllabus of the literature busy in their talks but still mam was explain on that topic . She continued the lecture and in no time she got every ones attention to the class there was smile in her face and students got calm down as she gave them the relief of breath most of the times she was explained about the history of the literature and the use of it in the new  world. Lecture on she asked question to some students about the early lectures and all of them answered to her it was the movement when one thing came in to my mind that all the literature students are so bright and intelligent in their nature.

The lecture ended every one went home in the tension of exam. But I was the one free from that tension. My experience was good I enjoyed the section which I have attended. It provided me lots of information on the topic of literature and their importance in today's world. I enjoyed this part of time from my side and was so much influenced by that teacher who had to power of gaining attention of the students thought they were not able to understand what mam was going to teach them.

The literature is the base of all thing in and around what I feel like I was an wonderful experience.

NAVRATRI FESTIVAL BRINGS NOISE POLLUTION

In India Noise pollution is at historic high and festival are compounding the problem. India's
culture is the steeped in the tradition and festivals observing sacred occasion are an important part of Hindu Religion. The problem is festivals are loud. Noise at these event cab raise to more than 60 decibels above the legal limits and despite strict laws and increased public awareness of the health problem inverse the level of noise pollution.

Navratri is an important festival of workship and dance. In Sanskrit Navratri means”NINE NIGHTS” and that’s how long it lasts. But in cities like Mumbai no one in government is enforcing or even monitoring the noise levels. Infact it seems they are encouraging noise pollution. The Mumbai police, for instance announced the decision to relax at 10pm loudspeaker deadline till midnight on the last two days of the festival although they remained people that noise level should still remain within the prescribed norms as per the law. The result is noise levels were monitored from 90 to 117 decibels in 45 and 50 Decibels i.e the Silence Zone.
Indian Supreme court has ruled that noise levels should not exceed the maximum set by law. 55 Decibels during day time and 45 disables after 10.00pm even during festivals, politician from all parties places pressure on police force to relax the noise level and avoiding enforcing noise laws even in the residential areas during festivals.

During  the research I came across with three Pandals and Five residents about  this particular issue that what is their views on this particular issue. “They don’t care about patients and students” said one resident of Santkrupa Building Dombivali East who was interviewed in the midest of the celebration. “ We are not averse to celebrating any festivals but there should be some limits”.

Arvind Ravan from balraja mitra pandal stated that “In our Pandal when we organized Navratri function we don’t promote the music to play till midnight because we too think not to distribute the resident people. He also stated the we don’t like to play dj songs during the time of navratri only devotional songs we prefer to play that too in a low sound.

Navsai Mitra Mandal Sundar Sonar said that navaratri it’s a festival to enjoy not to troublesome one  Dandiya and Garba is organized by us every year. He said Before 6 to 7 years back the pattern of music was totally different and was not that much distributing but today the music is something which disturb  the mind but still people enjoy it so we do and we stop at a particular time i.e at 10.00.

Mr Yogesh Shelar Gajanan Mitra mandal said like India is a religious country there is a spiritual bonding so according to me there should not have a noise pollution created during that particular time he also stated that proper precaution should be taken during navaratri festival. Not only Noise pollution is the main cause of pollution but there are any other cause. People enjoy the festival but the misuse it in the name of god.
Even the other resident Francis Dsouza  nearby added that expose to noise level are as high as those being recorded in Navaratri Celebration, even just for few hours, can also cause elevation in blood pressure increasing in raise of stress level etc.

Harshad Mhatre resident of rajaji path area who leaves in dombivali stated that “ During Navratri we have no ability to escape the noise like it is particularly harsh. When the sound exposed to noise level at festival locations cause to suffer from sleep disorders and his mother also added that children’s exposed to such high level sound show a marked inability to focus and are less able to keep up with school work.
“The effect of noise pollution is not only the problem of children but also for everyone” Akash Phakte Resident of Sudama Complex.

This is not an easy problem to address, as religious festival like Navratri are sacred to Indian’s Hindu Population and have been celebrated for centuries but the noise from firecrackers, Music, Loudspeakers, Crowed and Traffic is harming citizens. Some Indian Citizens are taking proactive measure to raise awareness to reduce the noise pollution particularly during many festivals.

The Conclusion popup after completing all the research and survey is that Noise pollution cannot be ignored and if we see the principles and research work of the World Health Organization. Noise pollution is one of the biggest and increasing crises all over the world especially in India as it has too many festivals and enjoyments that to with the factor of celebrating that in a social level which gives a chance to increase the context of noise pollution.

WORLD OF ADVERTISEMENTS.

Ours is an age of Advertisement. Television, Radio Cinema and Newspaper are the common media of advertisements. We also find advertisements on building walls, buses  trains, Airport, Railway Stations etc. Huge hoardings dot the sky in large cities.

In today’s world advertisement plays a very vital role. Human wants a increasing day by day. Thousand of things are manufactured to satisfy the basic needs. But for advertisements, producers would not be able to bring their goods to the notice of consumers. Consumers too would not be able to know where to find the things the want. Advertisements help traders to sell more of their products and thereby expand trade and industry. Owners of cinemas houses, TV Channels and all others who wish to attract the clients need the help of advertisements. It is these advertisements which provide a major portion of income to newspapers, Magazines and also Social Media with a wide circulation.

But Advertising has its negative sides too. Sometimes misleading advertisements include people to buys things of inferior quality and thus put them to a big loss. Advertisements raise the price of consular

 goods because the manufacturing companies recover the cost of advertisements from the consumers. Indecent Advertisements have a bad effect on the minds of the young generation who watch them.

But when all is said and done, the fact remains that the modern society just can’t do without advertisements. It can be truly said that advertisements are here to stay. They are necessary evil in modern times.  

THE INFLUENCE OF CINEMAS.

When we utter the word CINEMA we think of fun and entertainment  We think of three hours enjoyment with friends and family in theater or at home. This is because cinema is today the most popular and the cheapest mean of mass entertainment and amusement. The hold of cinema over people is so great that this is difficult to find the city or town without cinema theater  The popularity of cinema is due to its appeal to the ear as well as the eye.

This being case, films can play a vital role in the improvement of society. Good films with good characters of great virtues can inspire people whereas bad films can turn people into criminals.

Films are an effective medium of education. What is seen or hears is not easily forgotten. History, Geography and Science can be the best taught through specially prepares educational films. TV and cinema are going to play a crucial role in the future scheme of education in our country.

But today the film industry is dominated by big financiers who produce films full of vulgarity, Crimes and Violence. Habitual cinema going tempts the youth o ape the style and fashion and vice shown in the film they see, Many Theft, Fights and even Murders have been inspired by the films showing crime, Violence and destruction.

To correct this sorry state of affairs, enlightened people should educate the masses so that they can boycott bad films that corrupt the youth and pervert their minds.

Cinemas have, thus its uses and abuses. It is up to you to make it powerful medium of social and moral change and progress.

INDIA'S POPULATION PROBLEM.

In 1947, partition brought for India a very little cultivable. From the very moment of independence it was realized that India is overpopulated country. According to the census, India’s population is more than 1.2 billion.

The alarming and incessant growth of population is causing various economic problem. The more people will be the harder to feed crop to the country and has no import of good grains. Whatever progress our country makes every year is eaten up by the growing population or we can say by increasing population.

Employment opportunities are created but the population increases much more then them. The direct result in which is irregularity in the distribution of the income and geared up poverty. A large part of India's population increases lives in rural areas uneducated and unaware of their role  in making up the society. They largely depend on agriculture and feel that larger the family. More help will be to their profession. It lives birth to disguised unemployment. India urban or rural has an inherent desire to have a son and in the hope of getting a male child people keep multiplying themselves.

Child marriage and earlier marriage are also some of the customs. Which make it hard for the government to control birth rate. Although the government is trying to propagate the idea of birth control. It will impregnate with results only when every individual Indians becomes aware of his duties towards the society.

The importance of family planning cannot be negated into our country. 

If we want to be prosperous and self-sufficient each individual must voluntarily follow the concept of family planning, birth control.

KASHMIR PROBLEM AND ITS SOLUTIONS.

If Kashmir sessions in unacceptable, then the following suggestion can make a beginning in establishing sincerity. First continue to use a police and paramilitary forces to protect the public, patrol borders, detain terrorist, seize arms. But government should ensure as far as possible as they operate within the law. Communicate in works and deeds that those police and paramilitary personal who do not operate they will be punished. At the very least actually punishing the most outrageous transgressions-fake encounters, brutal searches, prison torture, indiscriminate firing.

Secondly we should stop exaggerating the threats to Indian security and secularism. Whatever happens in Kashmir, It is likely that the security of the rest of the country (except Punjab) will be greatly affected.

Third, stop exaggerating foreign role in our troubles. Stop trying to buy off Kashmir secession, this is not mean that government should neglect employment schemes, Industrialization for the valley of and other economic measures, but it should processed sensibly and pay due regards to normal economic and other consideration.

The government authorities should admit their mistakes and try to rectify them. People understand that human beings and administrative system also commit mistake. But they want admission of and effort to rectify them. Such periodic gesture by politicians and officials will be effective in signaling the insecurely of  efforts to meet local demands and assuage local feelings.

The strength of Indian union lies in its democratic and secular structure. In the face of social pluralism and local disaffection it had maintained a relatively open political arena and thereby preempted,, Co-opted or accommodated pluralism and disaffection.

The main mechanism for this has been a relatively honest electoral systems. So government should announce it is moving towards free and fair election in Kashmir. But this announcement should be made after establishing law and order in Kashmir. The terrorist who want to destroy our country must be defeated. We should have negotiations only with those persons who are patriotic and believe in Indian Constitution. 

IN THE NAME OF GOD.

Ganesh festival have ended and all the festival elements have ended but have left too many controversy regarding the behavior of the mandal of Lalbaughcha Raja in the minds of people. As Lalbaughcha Raja is one of the biggest ideal and has the special devotional feeling in the minds of people as “Navsacha Raja”. 
Every year the number of devotes increases but the person needed to manage the crowd remains the same. 

But this year the condition become worst because the common people where treated like animals by the mandal as on the other side the “SUPERSTARS” have never faced such kind of behavior from the mandal the question arise here is why this is so happens? As we all read in religious book that all human beings are equal in front of god then why there is a discrimination policy?

In today’s world it is the situation that believes has also become a mode of earning profit. All people believe in the power of god but none of us are aware that we are the customers for such kind of people who only work for earning profit. The main element which has forced me to write a blog on these issues was the news article printed in the Times on India which have described that there have been 8 FIR registered against the mandal in the Ten days fest.

According to me there should be a proper arrangement for guiding the devotees in order to stop such kinds of miss behavior there should be a proper management to decide. If they are not capable to make changes in their management system then it is better not to allow any common man or the devotees to visit Lalbaughcha Raja and should declare that Lalbaughcha Raja is not for the common people but only for the celebrities.If this topic is not taken seriously then few years the Lalbaughcha Raja will be called as PAISANCHA RAJA  instead of NAVSACHA RAJA.

Publicity Stunts: When Good Ideas Go Bad.

Today’s world is full with news and publicity stunts every news channels are running behind the increasing TRP level. If you are not famous enough, your say, your cause and even your life has little news-value for the mainstream media this is the new trend which have developed in Media circle. The situation is like, when a celebrity sneezes, whole media weeps in sympathy whereas when ordinary people die, in protest, atrocities, calamities, or even in state sponsored it get hardly coverage from the news media.

The best example is of the coverage of the Delhi gang rape was on the top when celebrities started interfering in that particular issue by supporting. All the media shifted their angle from the victim to celebrity. The question arise Is this a proper angle of the hard core news?

The situations have occurred many times when the hard news get suppress due to the celebrity news, and this scenario was in the starting was just for the entertainment element for the media but as the time and the interest of the audience increased the media took such celebrity news as the hard core news as if, it plays one of the most important news for a media organization. The news channels from newspaper till electronic media have changed their way of presenting news as a hardcore real news to paid news as the element of the news have some were missed around the flash out of the Celebrity’s life style.

 In conclusion, TV, newspapers and magazines need these celebrities to attract people’s attention. Otherwise, they cannot survive. And the most of the people seem to enjoy these personal lives so called “Publicity Stunts” of famous people or celebrities. So it is quite east for media to pay so much attention to these big guys in the world.

12 Doctors Sent To jail For Sex Determination Tests.

Twelve doctors were convicted out prison terms in the past  year for carrying out sex determination tests and non-registration and illegal of sonography machines in the state.

This is the first time that doctors have been sent to jail. Since the census reports were made Maharashtra public has a large child sex ratio of 925 females per 1,000 males. The state government has also taken various steps, including launching the 'Save the Girl Child' campaign, to prevent female, but then too its happening and growing day by day.

The orders for the doctors' imprisonment were issued by judicial magistrate respective districts. All the convictions have taken place in the rich belt of western Maharashtra. A majority of the cases are from Sangli. The other districts include Solapur, Nanded and Kolhapur. In five cases, the vigilance squad used  (a pregnant lady) to catch the radiologist red-handed while carrying out sex-determination tests and informing the patient about the child's sex. The other cases related to the non-registration of sonography machines.

Up rising issues of China and Internet.

The Internet issues in china are getting more and more complicated day by day. The main reason which I found was is the fear in the minds of the government is regarding their positioning of their standard in front of the public. Some were they are feared about the thinking mentality of the people in China can be changed if they get closer to the western world. On the other had as this country belong to the communist back ground they think that they ma loose the peoples interest in communism which may create a major problem in the feature. The main thing is that China ranks in second number in the count of Internet users worldwide with 100 million internet users.

China is slowly trying to keep a hold on the usage of the internet in they country by stating may errors in the connections. They are generating pressure on people by taking strict action against them. The websites which are providing the freedom to the users to write their views on government policies are totally banned this had directly showed that the government in China is afraid of the drastic use of the social networking sits which creates and anti government statement. The government in china is straightly grabbing the basic freedom of an individual. By banning all such internet services they are trying to create a sort of dictatorship strategy on the people. The point on which China is trying to shut all the search engines is baseless and useless concept.
The government of china is some were feared about their demolishment of the Chinese culture because of the large scale users and the increasing opinion of the people in china. Such type of strictness of the government will lead to a great problem in the state and it will affect the other states also.

The conclusion to this is the Government should keep faith on people so that they can enjoy their positions. If the Government is good then the people will never talk any thing against them and if the public want to go against the Government then it is not necessary that they can’t do it without the help of Internet and other networking sites. So according to me banning internet is not a solution for any kind of problem and if there is a problem then there is a solution for it. Even the Government can also take the help of the social networking sites and other search engine to solve the problems among the people and to abolish the misunderstanding among them self by creating awareness program. The government of china is thinking that they are the one country which can change the public opinion by banning the Internet.

The biggest fall Indian rupee created a history.

The main question arises is that will it more effect the life of a common man. There have been too many assumption and too many discussion but at the end no solutions for this fluctuation in the Indian Rupee. If this will continue then there is a chance in the hike of the commodities again which will directly hit the common man.

There are too many factors which have to sort out to stop the rising inflation and other financial problems. India is a country which has so many raw material and sources to handle with but they are just not aware about the usage of those things. We are the one of the country which imports more than we export; this is something which is affecting the way of gaining profit. This way of behavior had created a situation which doesn’t have any background or source from which its can be sorted out.

Awareness among the people of using SWADESHI goods and making it implemented among the public regarding the harm to the economy of India by extensive use of foreign good and their causes and effects will help the government. The idea of using SWADESHI goods is a better option to select rather than blaming the financial economy of India.

The new generation is much updated, trendy, educated and with lots and lots of skillful generation, but still they all are nothing with out a mobile phone.
